I am running dual monitors with my hp pavillion p7 series desktop with two x LCD monitors. Everything was running fine when some update happened that I can't quite pinpoint. Now I have the Microsoft Basic Display Driver which causes duplicates of the main screen and the 2nd monitor is no longer recognized.

Somehow the Windows 10 update corrupted the driver and I had to rollback to the earlier one. It sounds easy but everyone was stumped.
